The truffle sauce is the most classic and well-known of the truffle sauces, it is prepared with the combination of black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), champignon mushrooms, black olives and extra virgin olive oil, without preservatives.

METHOD OF USE: widely used on pizza, bruschetta and croutons, on main courses and on dairy products, it can also be used as a condiment for first courses.

Description

PROCESS: sauce obtained with black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), champignon mushrooms, black olives and extra virgin olive oil. Everything is ground together to obtain a sauce which is then put into jars and sterilized in an autoclave according to current regulations.

STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.

INGREDIENTS: champignon mushrooms (52%), extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), (5%), black olives, salt, aroma and black pepper.
