Description
PROCESS: sauce obtained with walnuts and black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) in high percentage, both ground and cut into pieces by hand, with champignons mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil. Sterilized in an autoclave according to current standards.
MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.
STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.
INGREDIENTS: extra virgin olive oil, champignons mushrooms, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), (min 30%), WALNUTS (6%), salt, flavouring.
