Description
PROCESS: cream obtained with walnuts and black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), with champignons mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil. It is ground, put into jars and sterilized in an autoclave according to current regulations.
MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.
STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.
INGREDIENTS: champignons mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, WALNUTS (6%), black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), (min 5%), salt, flavouring.
