The spicy sauce with peppers is a ready sauce born from the union of simple products from our territory. It has as basic ingredients of the classics of our cuisine, tomatoes, peppers and extra virgin olive oil, ingredients that are enriched with small doses of onions, salt and hot pepper.

METHOD OF USE: particularly recommended on first courses, as a condiment for pasta. It also lends itself well as a sauce to accompany main courses. Before use, it can be heated in a saucepan for about 4 minutes and then used.

PROCESSING: the spicy pepper sauce is obtained by grinding all its ingredients together until it has the right consistency, to then be cooked, put into jars and sterilized in an autoclave according to current regulations.

MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.

STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.

INGREDIENTS: tomatoes (66%), peppers (19%), onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and hot pepper (0.07%).
