Sauce based on porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) and white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) with extra virgin olive oil without preservatives.

METHOD OF USE: particularly suitable on first courses, tagliatelle, other types of pasta and risotto. It also lends itself well to meat-based main courses, bruschetta and croutons.

Description

PROCESSING: sauce obtained with the selection of the best porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) of which a part is cut by hand, and with the addition of white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) and extra virgin olive oil. Sterilized in an autoclave according to current standards.

MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.

STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.
