The region of Molise is the Italian region with the highest truffle production, especially of white truffle, although all the other species are also found in good quantities. It’s in the name of this quality we want to offer to our clients, we can define our products as “zero-kilometer” since all the stages of the supply chain are managed directly by us, from the truffle extraction to the processing.
