Description
PROCESSING: the processing is mainly done by hand. The peaches are selected, pitted and ground with the addition of lemon juice and sugar, then cooked at low temperatures, put into jars and pasteurized according to current regulations.
METHOD OF USE: the percoche extra jam is very suitable for breakfast and to be spread on rusks. It can be combined with yogurt and can also be used to make desserts and tarts.
MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.
STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.
