PROCESSING: black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) carefully selected by hand, weighed, with the addition of brine and sterilized in an autoclave according to current regulations.
MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production and to be consumed within the expiry date indicated on the product guarantee seal.
STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.
