Sauce prepared with the combination of black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) and asparagus tips with extra virgin olive oil, without preservatives.

METHOD OF USE: particularly recommended on first courses, as a filling for egg pasta and risotto. It also lends itself well to spread on bruschetta or croutons, and inside omelettes.

Description

PROCESS: sauce obtained with black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), rigorously selected asparagus tips, and extra virgin olive oil. Everything is ground together until you have a cream which is then put into jars and sterilized in an autoclave according to current regulations.

MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.

STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.

INGREDIENTS: asparagus (60%), extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), (min 5%), rice flour, lemon juice, salt, aroma and garlic.
