Description
PROCESS: sauce obtained with black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), rigorously selected artichokes and extra virgin olive oil. Everything is ground together until a cream is obtained which is then put into jars and sterilized in an autoclave according to current regulations.
MINIMUM CONSERVATION TERM: preferably within 24 MONTHS of production, and to be consumed within the expiry date shown on the product guarantee seal.
STORAGE: store at room temperature away from sources of light and heat. After opening, cover with oil, store in the fridge at a temperature of between +2°C and +4°C and consume within the terms indicated on the can label.
INGREDIENTS: artichokes (57%), extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), (min 5%), rice flour, wine vinegar (SULPHITES), salt, garlic, flavouring.
