In 2019, from the need to have also long and medium lasting high-quality processed products other than fresh ones, our laboratory was born, where we committed directly to the production of truffle preserved in oil or in brine, truffle based creams, sauces and condiments.

In our production we give priority to our customers’ food safety, with the help and thanks to advanced technological systems. Quality assurance is for us a constant and daily commitment, both in the truffle selection as well as in that of other raw materials. The extra virgin olive oil, for example, is the same that our mother uses in the kitchen and that, like also the other products, we can find thanks to the small farms in the neighboring areas of our village.
