The region of Molise is the Italian region with the highest truffle production, especially of white truffle, although all the other species are also found in good quantities. It’s in the name of this quality we want to offer to our clients, we can define our products as “zero-kilometer” since all the stages of the supply chain are managed directly by us, from the truffle extraction to the processing. In this regard, in order to supervise also the final stage of our supply chain and have direct contact with the customers, in 2021 we created a small structure surrounded by nature and immersed in the green of our village, Roccamandolfi, where our clients can come, taste and purchase our products… maybe after searching for truffles with us and our dogs , witnessing in person all the processing steps.
